What Causes Vibration Sensation In Rectum ?

My husband has Parkinson's disease diagnosed about nine years ago and is 79 years old.. He is seen by a movement disorder doctor and on Stalevo. He has tremors and was wondering if there is such a thing as internal tremors in the rectum which makes it difficult to sit. Appreciate some information.
