What Causes Vibrations In Chest And Arms In A Person Having Pacemaker?

I have 2 questions I have vibrations in my chest and in my arms. When I felt this I thought I was crazy. What could cause this I have a pacemaker which the left side wire is not working. This is my second pacemaker because of problems with the workers on my left side of heart.
