What Causes Vibrations In Head Along With Heart Palpitations?

I get these strange head rushs sometimes feels like vibtrations happens couple seconds but it it very strange I also struggle with heart palps have been to the doctor had a ECG and ECCO Gram doctors say im fine but i feel like something is not right i am very frustrated I want to know what it can be stress lack of a certain vitamin so I can start to feel better
