What Causes Vibrations In Penis?

Hi, I get a feeling in my penis and it shakes on its own. I got this after a date with a female friend. We had alcohol but were not drunk. Why do i get this feeling? It's not an orgasm but like I want to have one. And why is my brain slow in response to this? Is it the alcohol? Does this mean I was subconciously attracted to her?
