What Causes Vibrations On Right Side Of Chest Under Breast?

I am a 34 year old healthy female who has had quite the stressful few weeks. About 4 hours ago or so, I noticed a vibration on the right side of my chest right under my breast. It literally feels like a cell phone vibrating. It stops and starts and is pretty consistent. I don t have any other pain or symptoms. Is this serious?
