What Causes Visceral Fat And Elevated Uric Acid Level?

My question is regarding visceral fat and elevated uric acid. My visceral fat is 10 percent. I take sufficient exercise but still is not coming to eight percent. I have elevated uric acid with value upto 8. Allopurinol does not suit me. Please guide. Regards Jagdish
