What Causes Visible Vein In Breast After Breast Reduction?

Hi Im 36 years old and have had a breast redusction and have always had some breast discoloration, but today after my shower I noticed that the smallest veins in my breasts are very visible under the skin. They arent protruding, just the capillaries are visible - any suggestions? Thank you
