What Causes Vision Blurriness After Undergoing A Tanning Process?

In tanning bed for seven minutes. They only had paper like eye covets. Used two on each eye, not a tight seal so pressed on eyelids,Vision has been little blurry. Don t know if I pressed to hard. Eyes are not sore or teary, am I freaking out for no reason
