What Causes Vomiting After A Fall In Infants?

Hi, my almost 6 month old fell off the bed 24hours ago now, she was upset when it occurred but was easily comforted and did not show any sings of injury and seemed to act normally as i have been closely monitoring her. Perhaps has wanted to sleep a little extra if i had to pick something up, but not sure if that is linked to her growth. This morning she did a small vomit after her feed which is unusual and just now after her next feed she has also vomited. It is not a whole feed vomit but a big larger then just a spit up . Wondering if this could be a sign of some kind of head injury or just coincidence?Thank you for your time
