What Causes Vomiting After A Meal In An Infant?

My 13month old has been vomiting about once a day for the last 6 days, usually evening or over night, once after a meal. It often looks like cottage cheese. No temperature. Has got congestion, runny nose and occasional wet cough. Vomiting often comes after coughing so I assume the cough leads to bringing up mucous which brings up stomach contents. She seems happy otherwise, just a little reduced appetite. Why does the vomit look cheesy? Is this likely to clear up on its own? Three weeks ago she had a high temperature for 6 days after MMR but recovered. Could this be related?
