What Causes Vomiting After Drinking Milk?

I had a gastric sleeve done just over a year ago and I keep finding myself having issues when in drink milk. I almost instantly become bloated with a stomachache and sometimes shortly after throw up. Tonight I threw up an it looked like a solid tube of what I believed to be curdled milk. Am I lactose? Or is something else wrong maybe?
