What Causes Vomiting Along With Excessive Hunger?

Hello doctor, this is Dalia from Bangladesh. i have some physical problem like feeling cold and vomiting when feeling too much hungry.i have also huge allergic problem about 293 out of 1000 when i checked it last 3 months back. and ESR 33 last 1.5 month back. today i feel tasteless in every food and in the mean time i saw some cyst in my toung may b thats why feeling tasteless.. please give some advise in this situation. is it very wrong for me or not?
