What Causes Vomiting Along With Pain In Abdomen Of An Infant?

I have a 3wks could get formal dr. perscripe so put him on soy milk after 2 days he is forceable throwing up & his bellie is swallow , when u touch it he screams,not usually this way, he now got red spot on his body could u tell me what could be wrong?
