What Causes Vomiting Along With Recurring Stomach Pain?

Hi yesterday I vomited a lot till early hrs of morning. Since the my vomiting has stopped but I get cramps on & off. I have had diralyte & sipping lucozade. U think tomorrow I can have something to eat. I will b travelling on train from Birmingham to London . Do u think I should undertake that journey or delay for a day
