What Causes Vomiting And Blood In Stool During Pregnancy?

hi. i have just finished my fifth month of pregnancy and i vomiting almost daily since last one and a half month. Sometimes due to severity of the vomiting i faced nose bleeding and a few times i have noticed blood in my stools. what exactly is the cause of this? how can i get rid of this?
