What Causes Vomiting And Bloody Tissue In Vomit?

i have been sick the last couple of days and today I was sick again and some sort of bloody tissue came up, I bit like a tomato skin, I'm really really scared and I don't know what to do. I read it could be my stomach lining or part of my oesophagus but I'm so scared
