What Causes Vomiting And Cramping In The Navel During Pregnancy?

my daughter is 19 weeks pregnant and has been vomiting almost daily since finding out she was pregnant at 6 weeks. Today she complained that she had a pain/pulling to the upper left of her navel. (I thought maybe it was like a muscle spasm. Tonight after dinner she vomited up a little bright red blood. Is this something she should go to urgent care for? I see some online comments that it could be bleeding from rupturing the esophogas from vomiting so much. Please advise...Thank you.
