What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea After Having Synthroid?

I am taking 100 mcg synthroid. Started it after Thanksgiving in about 2 weeks I got what I thought was the flu vomiting, diarrhea. While on vacation the last week of December I got it again and today the same thing. I just wondered if it is related to the medicine
