What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea With Ear Perforation?

My daughter is 7 and had a eardrum perferation last week about 7 days ago .then she went to school on Monday but by Tuesday morning she was vomiting and had server diarrhea she has been complaining of her hands going to sleep as well as her feet sometimes 2or 4 times a day she was on antibiotics for her ear but can t keep anything down so hasn t had any in a few days I called Dr.and he prescribed her something for nausea that helped a little bit but she isn t getting any better could the two all of this be realated
