What Causes Vomiting And Dizziness In A Child?

My son has been vomiting for a few hours cannot keep anything down. He says his stomach doesn t hurt, he just feels dizzy. He is six years old. I just have him some water because I do not want him to get dehydrated. Any clue as to what I can to do? Or what he may have contracted?
