What Causes Vomiting And Early Periods?

I have been vomiing for three days, along with diarrhea. Everytime I smell food I vomit. I have also been having very horrible body aches, on my legs, my butt, neck, back and arm. I also started my period four days earlier than usual and have been on it two days longer than normal. What could be the cause of these symptoms?
