What Causes Vomiting And Fainting Spells While On Depo Shots?

i am on the depo shot and have been for over four years now. ive never experienced any bleeding or spotting until about a week ago. in the past two months i have vommited randomly and fainted more than three times. i also have had a decrease in sex drive. am i pregnant? all home pregnancy tests come back negative
