What Causes Vomiting And Lightheadedness During Pregnancy?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and for about two weeks been throwing up due to heart burn but today anything I ate I got sick before I was done eating the meal also light headed even while sitting couple of times I had to catch myself from falling off the chair is this normal or should I be worried? Healthy pregnancy no complications as of yet
