What Causes Vomiting And Loose Bowels With Green Masses?

Hi I've been vomiting and producing mostly liquid stools for over 12 hours now. It's is very frequent and I'm vomiting mostly a orange colored liquid that tastes horrid. In my stool I just started noticing fuzzy green masses. And half in in diameter. It appears to look like mold. What is it and what causes it?
