What Causes Vomiting And Pain Underneath Breast?

Iam having terrible pain on my right side underneath my breast. It hurts when Isneeze or cough or move sometimes My back is starting to hurt. I ve been running a low grade fever and vomiting which I thought was related toa stomach bug that s going around our house.
