What Causes Vomiting And Stomach Pain After Having Oral Polio Vaccine?

Hi , my daughter is 3.5 yrs old she had her hepatitis A second dosage and oral polio today evening around 5:39 pm . Dr also checked if she has cold before giving her the vaccine . By night 1:00am she had some stomach ache and vomiting .. But she doesn't have any fever as of now .. She has a very normal temperature and went to sleep after vomiting and she said her stomach pain is not there after vomiting . Should this cause concern do I have to take her to dr .. Her food intake was normal the last she had milk and that's the one she vomited out
