What Causes Vomiting And Watery Stools While On Medication For Bronchitis?

I have been fighting Bronchtis for three weeks. I have seen three drs. I have taken antibiotics, zofran, cough syrup and muscnex, and tesslon pereals.. I have been vomiting daily since all this started. now my dr just wants me to go to the er and have a tummy ct scan. Could it just be the meds. Also my stools are loose as well.
