What Causes Vomiting, Coughing And Headache?

Vomiting, dry mouth, coughing, ...started with a headache and sick to stomach at 1am ( is now 6pm) at 6am started violent vomiting nausea...at 1pm started with vomiting heavy yellow bile...now dry heaves and headache...can t even keep 1/2 cup of weak tea down.
