What Causes Vomiting Every Time After Eating Or Drinking?

Forthe past two months my boyfriend has been having difficulty digesting food and literally throws up everytime. At the current time he can;t even drink liquids starts to throw up again. Meanwhile losing lot of weight. What can it be. Has no pain. He is 63 years old.
