What Causes Vomiting, Headache And Numb Face?

Hello, On Tuesday night I was feeling fine, but in 10 minutes...I was throwing up (which is not all that unusual for me-I have a sensitive stomach IBS)....but this time I had an incredibly painful headache, numbness of my face and tingling in my finger tips....I was just wondering if I should be concerned.
