What Causes Vomiting, Headache With Gastric Irritation During Menstruation?

Respected mam, i am having problem of frequent vomiting,headache and gastric irritation... on consulting to a near by doctor he told me that i am having migraine... maam my biggest problem is that at the time of periods this problem arises very severly.. even this time i am having vomiting and headache,i am taking these medicines-1.ondem 2.inderal some times in severe headache i take suma triptan maam m very worried about my health what should i do maam...please rply
