What Causes Vomiting In Children After Having Nan Pro1?

hi my baby is 3 months n 24 days old. as I have to join back for work in two weeks I tried giving him nan pro 1 as a substitute today.he vomited three times n peeed about two(once very loose stool) times. He seems to be less active n could see he has fever. I am very scared. I gave him a little of jeera water with honey as instructed by my grand ma. that stopped vomitting. but he has fever now. What should I do?pls advice
