What Causes Vomiting In The Morning Along With Irregular Menses?

hi,i am 20 years old.i used to bitter vomit every morning while brushing.when i used to think of that sensation ,i immediately vomit.after that i feel something remains in my throat and it wont go even when i swallow. i also have irregular periods. it comes once in 45 days. what shall i do for these problems?
