What Causes Vomiting, Lower Back Pain And Pink Watery Stools?

I woke up at 4 am in a cold clammy sweat and felt hot with no fever. I then started vomiting and have been vomiting all day. Just now I went to the bathroom and noticed I have pink watery stools...blood? Also my lower back has been in pain for 3 days.
