What Causes Vomiting Of Blood Along With Diarrhoea In A Child?

Wi have an older ship tzu. She is about 10 years old. She can t keep anything down, water , or food. Ther is bright red blood in her vomit sometimes and she is also having diahreha. She hasn t really eaten her food for about 2 days. She is up to date on all shots.
