What Causes Vomiting Post Inhalation Of Paint Fumes?

I was exposed to spray paint fumes for at least six hrs Friday. That night I was up all night vomiting and on the toilet. Started getting better Sunday, Monday morning I go back to work and the fumes are still there and I feel like crap so I left half day. What s up?
