What Causes Vomiting While Having Black Spots On Tonsils?

Hi. Two weeks and one day ago, I went into the doctor and was diagnosed with strep throat. They put me on medication. I was miserable for the next couple days. My tonsil was so swollen I could hardly swallow nor eat. My whole tonsil was white with black spots. Now yesterday I went back into the doctor for strep again. The put me on a stronger medication. Once again my tonsil (opposite side) is all with with some black spots. It s very painful. Also, I got sick (threw up) last night after a steamy hot shower. Don t know if it was from the pain, or not eating very much, or the medication. No temp when I went in yesterday, but last night and today, chills, temp, achy.
