What Causes Vomiting While Suffering From Anorexia Nervosa?

Hello! I was recently diagnosed with anorexia, and I was wondering if its possible that my stomach is shutting out food, or refusing it. I have been quite sick for the past few days and everything I eat is brought back up. If you have any idea, please do contact me :-)
