What Causes Vomiting With No Bleeding After Taking Abortion Pills?

Hi I m pregnant last one n half months nearly and also taken mankind abortion pill but first pill I have vomet so next day left two pill taken n next day also taken rest two pill which indicates in medicine pack. But now there is nothing bleeding came n also feeling vomiting.. So please help me Whts wrong with me?
