What Causes Vomiting,nausea And Raised Body Temperature?

I have been vomiting a lot lately but I don t feel sick. I have bouts throughout the day and get really nauseated and then vomit. Afterwards I feel fine again. It has been occurring for about a month now. I also get spikes in my temperature, where it shoots up to about 102. Also, I blew my nose today and my ear popped and when it did it made a loud screeching noise. Before that happened, I have been hearing loud screeching tones and when I ask those around me they say they don t hear anything.
