What Causes Vomiting,neck Pain And Lump Above Left Eye?

My friend is a female and 49 years old. She is extremely overweight. She called me to say she was sick. Some of her symptoms are vomiting, severe pain in neck toward spine, jaw-both sides, severe headache with a lump above her left eye. She said she has also gained 10lbs in a week, even though she cannot keep anything down. She had done to the local strip mall doctor and her blood pressure was 170/96. Should I tell her to go to the emergency room of out local hospital.
