What Causes Vomiting,pain And Bleeding While Intercourse?

I have a plastic IUD for 4 yrs and for about 2 months ive had problems getting worse the past to weeks.Vomiting-which I thought was food poisioning about 1weeks ago. Everytime I have sex its painful with cramping, pain in my back and spotting for days. And about 48 hours ago I had an unbearable time trying to have sex and during which we tried to switch postions and there was about 8 tablespoons of fresh blood on him and since I have not quit bleeding or cramping..I have a past prescription of pain pills that been taking and have not helped..should I go to the ER. I have tried to contact my reg gyn hes on vacation.
