What Causes Waistline Bruises With Foul Breath?

I keep getting bruises on my left waist line. Also have been having foul breath last few days. Two weeks ago went to emergency room based on huge bruise on left waist line. They took numerous blood test and said I was fine.

I take aspirin, dilantin and tegratol - could those be the effect??
