What Causes Warm And Tingling Sensation In Vagina During Pregnancy?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and have a strange warm feeling in my vagina and slight tingly feeling, no problems passing water and I only had a urine check 2 days ago and no sign of infection, is this connected with the head engaging at all? It s my first pregnancy and so I m not familiar with certain symptoms
