What Causes Warm Body Temperature And Excessive Sweating From Head?

When you touch me my body is always warm yet taking temperature is normal or 97.something. My head sweats at any activity such as shopping (no effort there). I am diabetic. What can I do? My doctor doesn't seem to have an answer. He helps with everything else.
