What Causes Warm Feeling In Stomach With Constant Burps?

I have a very slight warm feeling in the pit of my stomach, and I can t tell if it is gas or something worse that can potentially lead to vomiting later on. I have been drinking clear soda and burping regularly and I just had a slice of toast with butter. The warm feeling is still there, if you can help I would greatly appreciate it.
