What Causes Warm Feeling In The Chest And Sleeplessness?

Im having trouble sleeping at night, its been 3 nights already that I get little sweaty in the chest area. Last night I got like anxiety because I couldnt sleep. This morning I got a little anxiety but also started feeling warmth in my chest, even right nowi feel it. Im 36 yrs old. Can you please tell me whats wrong? Thank you very much.
