What Causes Warm Sensation On Left Side Of Head And Arm Along With Numbness?

What can cause warmth on left side of head with a very uncomfortable feeling. numbness, weakness & warmth in left arm. waking with rapid heart beat. Constant with strong surges of warmth and extremely uncomfortable. ER did EKG, and CT with fluid and found nothing. Feeling began 3 weeks ago, diagnosed w/and treated for sinusitis, which relieved congestion at that time. Would you recommend seeing a neurologist? Or what?
