What Causes Warm Upper Body And Freezing Lower Body Causing Shaking Legs?

My upper body is warm besides my hands and my lower part of my body is freezing cold to the point my legs start to move and I can t them to stop.. Please tell me what you think is wrong and what I should do my whole lower back and legs hurt so bad : ( Thanks for your time..
