What Causes Warmth In The Inner Thighs?

I had a stomach flu about 4 months ago and noticed the inside of my thighs at very top where getting very hot. I thought at first it was heat coming from my scrotum but when realized it was from thighs was a bit relieved however I have a cold/maybe flu now and hot thighs again I am a little bit worried about these symptoms.
